About Lucy Charlton
Lucy has over 30 years of experience working in the personal development world. Following 16 years successfully working in Human Resource management , she gained a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and has worked in counselling, mental fitness coaching and training following this qualification.
She is an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy a Positive Intelligence coach and volunteer safeguarding advisor to the national youth charity, Teenage Helpline.
